Robyn's new challenge

never an easy card to make
Todays challenge at Robyns fetish challenge is anything goes, so I thought I would use the Lily digi to make a sympathy card, I do think this type can be one of the hardest types to make in keeping it simple and understated but still pleasing to the eye, Pro markers were used to colour the image going with lighter tones to suit the theme, and also i used the crosses from spellbindes and layered these on finally finishing off with the with sympathy sentiment peel off, I kept the overall size of the card to 4 inches square keeping the embellishments as the focal point.
Check out the other DT's work on their blogs (found in my side bar) and get entering this weeks challenge, have fun and loads of luck wished to you all.

Prizes for the winner will be 3 digi's of your choice from the store.

I Visited the n.e.c yesterday and met up with a lady chris who I chat away with on facebook and gladly call friend, she had previously told me about getting engaged, which led to me making this card, I have used spell binders dies, marianne bird on a branch and the birdhouse is by X cut, the card is a good gsm from crafters companion, the paper is by papermania and the flowers and beads from my stash, finished of with a bow and faux stitching, hope you like it.
